By accessing or using services provided by ASI North America LLC DBA ASI Broadband ("ASI," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
ASI provides internet access, television (asiTivi), phone, managed IT, community network management, hospitality solutions, and event WiFi services. Service availability, speeds, and features vary by location and plan.
Advertised speeds are maximum speeds and are not guaranteed. Actual performance may vary based on location, equipment, network conditions, and other factors. Business services with a service level agreement are governed by the terms of that agreement.
Equipment provided by ASI remains the property of ASI unless otherwise stated in writing and must be returned in good condition when service ends.
Service charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Accounts with past-due balances may be suspended until payment is received.
You agree not to use ASI services for unlawful activity, to transmit malicious software, to interfere with the network or other customers, or to violate the rights of others. ASI may suspend service that threatens the security or integrity of the network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the services.
ASI may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
