By accessing or using services provided by ASI North America LLC DBA ASI Broadband ("ASI," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
ASI provides internet access, television (asiTivi), phone, managed IT, community network management, hospitality solutions, and event WiFi services. Service availability, speeds, and features vary by location and plan. Advertised speeds represent maximum possible speeds and are not guaranteed at all times.
Residential services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Business, community, and hospitality services may be subject to separate service agreements with specific terms, pricing, and durations.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with network operations, to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam), or to violate the intellectual property rights of others. ASI reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this policy.
Charges for services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may be subject to service suspension and/or late fees as permitted by applicable law. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
Certain services may require ASI-provided equipment installed at your premises. This equipment remains the property of ASI and must be returned upon termination of service. You are responsible for any damage to ASI equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
While ASI strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, equipment failures, and other factors beyond our control may result in service interruptions. Business customers with SLA agreements are subject to the terms of those specific agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
For month-to-month residential services, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. ASI reserves the right to terminate service immediately for violations of these Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
ASI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
